Pet boarding is charged like a hotel, per night. For example, if you need to leave your pet from Monday to Friday, it would be for 4 nights at the agreed rate.

A. Pets must have all their vaccinations up to date (send photos via WhatsApp or email), and a recent veterinary check-up. B. They must be neutered or spayed, without exception. C. They must have regular flea and tick prevention; if any parasites are found, they must be picked up immediately, as we cannot risk the health of other pets. D. Fill out a registration form.

A. Small and medium-sized pets up to 30 lbs. B. They must be sociable and not aggressive with other pets and/or people. C. They should not be destructive; they should not damage furniture or baseboards. If so, it must be reported for preventive measures. D. They must be potty trained to use the yard, walks, or pee pads.

Yes, we ensure that all pets get daily exercise through play sessions or walks.

We cater to special needs according to the owner's instructions, whether it's for food or medical treatments (consult additional costs).

We follow the feeding instructions provided by the owner. You must bring their portioned food and any treats that can be given.

In case of an emergency, we will immediately contact the owner and/or the responsible person and act according to the provided instructions.

The place is completely fenced and supervised at all times. We use security cameras to monitor the pets.

Yes, we recommend bringing familiar objects so your pet feels more comfortable and secure.

Yes, we invite you to schedule a visit to get to know our house and of course, us.

We conduct behavior evaluations and group pets according to temperament and energy level.

Of course, we also create a WhatsApp group with the owners where we send daily updates about their pets, including messages, photos, and videos.

We have techniques and experience to handle these situations, dedicating a lot of individual time to them to integrate them with the group.

A. For Day Care: we are open from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday. B. For Boarding, the drop-off time can be from 8 am, and pick-up should be by 12 noon the next day, or until 7 pm, paying an extra time fee. Pets are not accepted or delivered on weekends, as these are our rest days. Pets will be cared for with love and dedication, but there will be no public service.

Normally, they sleep on their beds, blankets, cushions, or kennels, whatever the owners bring, and in the place they choose within the house.

They can roam the house freely, with many water bowls and a super safe yard where they can go out as many times as they want, always under our supervision. They can play, sunbathe, and exercise, but they will never be alone in the yard.

There is a predetermined rest time from 12:30 pm to 2 pm.

Costs vary according to the type of care and the length of stay. We have daily rates and will provide you with a detailed breakdown at the time of registration.

We always ask parents to tell us any quirks their pets may have, as what is normal for you may not be for us. For example: They like to be cuddled. They don't like men and/or women. They bite when greeting. They like belly rubs. They don't like to be moved while sleeping. They don't like their tail to be touched. They lift their leg even if neutered and still want to mark; in this case, you must buy and bring diapers for their waist and pee pads. All these things are very important to know.
